Trademark Watch Process
Once you complete the Trademark Watch order form, MyCorporation will begin your trademark watch. Based on your preference, we will notify you via email or hard copy. The notifications will arrive shortly after each new potentially conflicting application is filed with the USPTO or when a similar mark is published in the Official Gazette for opposition. After receiving the notification, you can decide whether you want to oppose the potential illegal misuse of your trademark.
