- You will find requests for standard contact, billing, and authorization information, plus specific requests regarding your entity type, foreign state registered agent information, and forwarding address information.

- We file them with the Secretary of State (unless otherwise indicated). Once filed and approved by the Secretary of State, the documents will be mailed to you for your records.
